At XTRATUF, we stand by the quality of our performance footwear and offer a 30-day return window for products in original, unworn condition. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your lifestyle, we make the exchange and return process seamless and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
